About Patrick Daly

Patrick J. Daly is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in real estate law, litigation, and administrative law. Born in the Bronx, New York, he graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1969 and earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1973.

Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in the same year, Patrick has since expanded his practice to include federal courts, notably the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also licensed to practice in New Hampshire.

A member of various professional organizations, including the Middlesex County and American Bar Associations and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Patrick is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of legal practice. He also serves on the panel for the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers.
